Life is constantly evolving, which even at the best of times can be painful or bittersweet. You may be feeling excitement, terror, or even regret at times as a new parent. You may be struggling to keep it all together and keep all the plates spinning when you return from family leave. You may feel confused when understanding how all your selves and identities intersect and can come to feel cohesive. You may find that old childhood wounds are resurfacing as you come into caregiving roles or hit major life milestones. You may find yourself triggered at work with feelings of imposter syndrome or insecurities you can't quite shake no matter your promotion or status at work.

When we feel stuck in our lives, we may have options or internal resources we are unaware of or unable to access. Change can feel daunting and impossible at times, but engaging in a therapeutic relationship can truly be transformative.

My practice is grounded in psychodynamic, attachment, and relational modalities. I am also trained in EMDR, which is an effective tool particularly around stuck points, negative self-beliefs, distressing experiences, grief, and trauma.
